About The Position
Inova 360 – Concierge Medicine is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse to provide care in a physician practice or other outpatient setting. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 1880 Reston Row Plaza, Suite 120, Reston, Virginia. The nurse provides safe, therapeutic, holistic, and systematic care, incorporating patient and family differences and education to meet individual needs and achieve desired outcomes. The role also contributes to improved care and practice settings, supports and guides colleagues, promotes efficient care delivery, and makes independent clinical decisions based on education and experience.
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing; nurses with an ADN must complete a BSN within five years of their start date.
- Registered Nurse license, or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse, in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- No prior registered nurse clinical experience is required.

- Two years of experience as a registered nurse in ambulatory medicine.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinic or non-acute operational duties, including full intakes, medication reconciliation, patient education, vaccinations and injections, and phlebotomy.
- Provide safe, therapeutic, holistic, and systematic care in a physician practice or other outpatient setting.
- Incorporate patient and family differences and education into care to meet needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Use data and information to improve care and outcomes and support improvements in practice settings.
- Provide direction and guidance to others and serve as a resource, preceptor, and mentor.
- Promote efficient care delivery by determining immediate priorities, offering solutions to problems, and working with the team to maximize productivity.
- Make independent clinical decisions based on education and experience.
