As a dialysis nurse, you will support patients through essential treatments while ensuring safety, precision, and compassion. You will handle clinical procedures, monitor patient well-being, manage equipment, document care, and work closely with a dedicated healthcare team. Unlike other healthcare settings, in dialysis, you see the same patients multiple times each week. You become part of their lives, track their progress over time, and see the direct impact of your care. We provide 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive hemodialysis training and education to help you confidently transition into this specialty. Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state licensure
  • CPR BLS certification
  • At least 9 months of experience as an RN

Nice To Haves

  • No dialysis experience is needed. We provide 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive hemodialysis training and education to help you confidently transition into this specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, and support patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments.
  • Perform vascular access, collect and analyze patient data, perform laboratory collection, administer medications, and dialysis treatment.
  • Prepare and use dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and hygiene.
  • Accurately record care plans and patient treatment data, and follow medical prescriptions and internal protocols.
  • Collaborate with teams, act as a Team Leader, support initial and ongoing patient and family education, and help onboard and train staff members.
