This is an entry-level Registered Nurse position within the Clinical Advancement Program. The RN is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. As part of the Chronic Kidney Disease health care team, the RN will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. The position offers no overnight, Sunday, or on-call shifts, and major holidays are off. Prior RN dialysis experience is not required, and comprehensive paid training with a preceptor and nurse educator is provided.
