About The Position

Keystone Treatment Center is seeking a part-time Outpatient Receptionist to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD. Keystone Treatment Center is a 126-bed facility providing inpatient services in Canton, SD, and outpatient services in Sioux Falls, SD. Established in 1973, Keystone Treatment Center offers comprehensive, individualized care for individuals with Chemical Dependency, Compulsive Gambling, and Co-occurring Mental Health Conditions. They are a nationally recognized center offering inpatient and outpatient treatment in an atmosphere of Trust, Honesty, and Responsibility, with a full continuum of recovery services including Assessments, Medical Detoxification, Rehabilitation, and Continuing Care. Services are based on the 12 Steps of Recovery and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
• Handle front office reception and general administrative duties.
• Serve visitors, vendors, and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notify facility personnel of visitor’s arrival.
• Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
• Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
• Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
