The Outpatient Psychotherapist will provide quality individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy focused on the patient's identified diagnosis and needs. This role involves crisis intervention, applying brief therapeutic intervention models, conducting comprehensive assessments, and formulating/monitoring individualized treatment plans. The psychotherapist will also provide case management, utilization review, education, and make appropriate referrals. Collaboration with other professionals, community education, outreach, and accurate documentation are key aspects of this position. The role requires the ability to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served, understanding principles of growth and development over the life span.
