About The Position

Geode Health is a national provider of outpatient mental health services focused on making mental healthcare accessible, affordable, and effective. We are seeking passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for residents nearing completion of their program, fellows, or experienced Psychiatrists who are fully licensed in Texas. Our model emphasizes evidence-based care, integrated teams, and advanced treatment options like TMS and Spravato, leading to significant patient improvement and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Active license in the state of Texas
Active DEA license
Active Controlled Substance license in Texas
Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Fully licensed in the state of Texas to start the role

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)
Experience or interest in Spravato treatment

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services.
Partner with Geode Health to achieve its mission of transforming mental health.
See a variety of patient case types and a broad age range.
Collaborate with an integrated care team including prescribers and therapists.
Potentially supervise APPs (Additional compensation offered).
Participate in after-hours urgent support (to ensure no nights, weekends, or on-call duties for the psychiatrist).
