About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in La Jolla, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. The practice focuses on improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Determine preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
