About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Adult or Child Psychiatrists for outpatient clinics in the Killeen, Texas area. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in a clinic-based and digital telemedicine setting. The position may follow a hybrid model, but requires in-office time weekly. Psychiatrists are part of a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence. The role offers flexible work schedules, no call or weekend work, full administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. Compensation is listed as $322,000 to $430,000+, with a productivity-based compensation model and an annual cash bonus incentive plan. A sign-on bonus and a full benefits package are also offered.
Requirements
- Hold an active Texas medical license.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Be board certified or truly board eligible.
- Be open to a hybrid work model with weekly in-office time.
