Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Ventura, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. The position involves providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, with the ability to customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Clinicians can set their own pace regarding caseload and patient volume and will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care
- Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance
