Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Agoura Hills, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
- Customize practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
- Set own pace: determine preferred caseload and patient volume
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
