About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Sacramento, California. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. The position involves providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, with the ability to customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Clinicians can set their own pace regarding caseload and patient volume and will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
