About The Position

This is an Outpatient Nurse Manager leadership role overseeing clinic operations, staff development, and vaccine coordination within a mission-driven community health environment. Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
  • Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience in primary care REQUIRED
  • BLS certification REQUIRED
  • Experience with EMR systems and patient flow management REQUIRED
  • Strong staff training and leadership skills REQUIRED
  • Collaborative leadership approach REQUIRED

  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
