About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Responsibilities
- See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
- 40 hour/week (36 patient hours/4 admin hours) schedule with minimal call responsibility
