About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. This role involves performing outpatient visits for adult and geriatric clients in senior living offices and territories throughout the McLean, VA area. The PTA will assist clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, complying with all state/local mandates. Requirements

Current licensure or certification in the state of VA
Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, OR have two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service (if initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977)
At least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
