About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in Owings Mills, Maryland. The role involves treating a diverse orthopedic patient population, with opportunities to develop expertise in sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, neurology, concussion care, hand therapy, and other specialty areas. The position offers a manageable caseload of 10–12 patients per day, mentorship and training, professional development, and opportunities for clinical advancement and career growth across the company’s outpatient centers.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
