About ReVital ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our mission is to make cancer rehabilitation a standard of care. With a network of 900+ specially trained therapists, we collaborate with oncologists to deliver personalized rehabilitation plans that truly change lives. What You’ll Do: You’ll work with a wide range of patients, from teens to older adults, providing care in areas like: General orthopedics Sports medicine Gait and balance training Chronic pain management Industrial rehab Oncology rehabilitation We’re a fast-paced orthopedic center looking for a flexible, compassionate, and motivated clinician who wants to make a meaningful difference—especially for our highly engaged geriatric patients.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
