About The Position

BHMG Physical Therapy Dutchmans Lane is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient services team. Requirements

• Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic.
• Implements an appropriate plan of care based on patient needs, utilizing physician input, community resources, and the patient's support system.
• Utilizes critical thinking skills for patient care.
• Provides skilled physical therapy procedures and assessments.
• Instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.
• Utilizes electronic records to document treatment and care.
