About The Position

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, an affiliate of Highbar Physical Therapy, is a PT-led outpatient practice across New England seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist. As a teaching practice, Peak focuses on empowering clinicians to practice at the top of their license while delivering exceptional patient care. The care model prioritizes clinical autonomy, reasonable caseload expectations, and built-in mentorship to foster confident growth without burnout. The role involves 1:1 patient care with a lower patient volume (less than 12 per day), AI-supported documentation, and predictable schedules. Physical Therapists have PT-led clinical autonomy in care decisions, supported by exercise specialists. Leadership intervenes early if signs of burnout appear.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities
