About The Position

BHMG Physical Therapy Outpatient Milestone is a full-time Physical Therapist position located within the premier fitness center Milestone Wellness in St. Matthews. This facility is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG). Therapy includes a combination of land and aquatic-based therapy. Requirements

• Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic.
• Implements an appropriate plan according to patient needs, utilizing the physician, community resources, and the patient's support system.
• Utilizes critical thinking skills for patient care.
• Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments.
• Instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.
• Utilizes electronic records to document treatment and care.
