About The Position

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
- Any additional certification or registry, as required.
- Strong understanding of the needs of patients, employees, and the broader community.
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative patient care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings, home health, and outpatient/assisted living facilities.
- Deliver quality therapeutic care with a focus on individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create meaningful connections with patients, colleagues, and the community.
