About The Position

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team. This role is designed for PTs who want to focus on practicing physical therapy rather than chasing productivity numbers. Peak is a Highbar Practice that emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a sustainable career path. The position offers a patient volume of under 12 patients per day, with 1:1 patient care, AI-supported documentation, and predictable schedules. Leadership is accessible and comprised of experienced PTs who intervene early to prevent burnout. Peak operates 11 clinics across the South Shore and is committed to empowering physical therapists to practice at the top of their license.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

  • Practice physical therapy with a focus on clinical autonomy and 1:1 patient care.
  • Manage a patient caseload of under 12 patients per day.
  • Utilize AI-supported documentation to minimize after-hours charting.
  • Participate in mentorship and professional development activities.
  • Engage in monthly Skillz meetings and Core-4 Series.
  • Contribute to a team environment and practice thoughtfully.
  • Serve as a musculoskeletal primary care provider.
