About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Must have strong outpatient (OP) experience
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient cases
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance-related conditions
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation and pain management therapies
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
