In partnership with Baylor Scott & White/Texas Spine and Joint Hospital, it provides orthopedic therapy services to the Tyler, Texas community. The organization is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and comprehensive evidence-based treatment. The role supports strong relationships with physician partners, exceptional patient outcomes, a positive healing environment, and a collaborative, supportive workplace. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30–$37 and opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation. Requirements
- Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- CPR certified
