The Imaging Center at Wolf River is seeking a MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team! Requirements

  • Minimum Associate's Degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT.
  • MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers.
  • Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment.
  • Meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an outpatient imaging center setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • Proficiency in using PACS and RIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Position patients and equipment to obtain the correct views.
  • Administer contrast agents as required.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during the procedure.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
