About The Position

Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) and work in our Outpatient program, where you’ll meet clients in the office and in the community to help them build real-life stability and independence. This role offers a traditional schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a mix of community-based work and in-office sessions. The position focuses on providing therapy and case management, supporting clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement. This role is different because it emphasizes a community-based approach with a smaller, team-based caseload, focusing on long-term stability and recovery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
• Comfortable working in community/home settings
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
• Experience in community mental health or high-acuity populations

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and case management in community settings
• Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans
• Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals
• Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers)
• Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement
• Track progress and complete clinical documentation
