About The Position

Our outpatient treatment center is seeking a passionate professional to join our fast-paced, collaborative clinical team. This position is specifically for our evening Mental Health IOP. It requires 3 nights a week, running group from 5:30 - 8:30pm as well as carrying a caseload of clients. At our facility, we prioritize both patient care and team support. You'll work alongside a team of experienced, caring clinicians who value connection, integrity, and growth. While our environment is fast-paced and challenging, it's also incredibly rewarding-and filled with people who genuinely love what they do.

Requirements

• Masters level mental health therapist
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting
• A clinician with a heart for helping individuals through challenging transitions and healing journeys

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Running group from 5:30 - 8:30pm, 3 nights a week
