About The Position
Clarvida is hiring a Outpatient Mental Health Counselor in Pottsville, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy inside the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person-centered, trauma-informed care model.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
- Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
- Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
- Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients
