About The Position

The Women’s Center is seeking Pre-licensed, Master’s level clinicians with a degree in Mental Health Counseling who are working toward independent licensure as an LMHC in Massachusetts to join our supportive and collaborative team. Clinicians provide outpatient telehealth therapy to a diverse client base, inclusive of women and gender-diverse clients. We offer a strong focus on training, supervision, and professional development, supporting clinicians as they grow toward licensure, career advancement, and continued growth within our practice. Requirements

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Pre-licensed, master’s level clinicians actively working toward LMHC or LICSW licensure in Massachusetts. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health.
Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
Therapy and Counseling: Provide individual therapy to clients based on their specific needs and treatment goals.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
