Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a well established and growing primary care network in Northwestern Pennsylvania. This position offers 100 percent outpatient care within a collaborative team based environment supported by physicians and advanced practice providers. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine <\/div>
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure <\/div>
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain <\/div>
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care <\/div>
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment <\/div>
• Commitment to patient centered care <\/div><\/span>

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventative services and chronic disease management <\/div>
• Join a collaborative team of physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants <\/div>
• Manage a diverse patient population across all age groups <\/div>
• Utilize integrated EMR system for efficient and coordinated care <\/div>
• Access a strong specialty referral network and hospital resources <\/div>
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation <\/div>
• Participate in shared outpatient call schedule <\/div>
• Build and maintain a growing patient panel <\/div> <\/p> <\/div><\/span>
