About The Position

The Outpatient Enteral and Parenteral Dietitian provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in a complex tertiary care setting as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This practice will have a focus in enteral and parenteral nutrition management in the outpatient setting. Serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and other practice areas. Opportunities for an active role in research, education, presentations and development of best practice guidelines. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited internship or approved training program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Dietitian.
  • Three years clinical experience preferably in a declared focus area of practice.
  • Licensure with the state of Minnesota.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in nutrition or related field and/or additional nutrition-related specialty certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to advance the field of clinical dietetics, performing advanced work in the area of research, practice, or education.
