About The Position

Ready to Practice Therapy Differently? If you are tired of sterile clinics where you feel undervalued, it’s time for a change. Imagine stepping into a well-appointed, professional office space where your personal growth is prioritized, your contributions are celebrated, and you have access to cutting-edge tools to ensure your own wellness. At Alternative Wellness Services (AWS), we believe in breaking the status quo. On some days, you will be in your office, others you can move your work out of the office to do walk-and-talks, meet clients in the community, or collaborate on team meetings. We are seeking a dynamic BHH Outpatient Clinician who thrives on providing assessments and short-term therapy for clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring conditions, while collaborating seamlessly with a team to address complex client needs. Welcome to Your Clinical Home We are not just an agency; we are a forward-thinking community. Whether you are a recent graduate looking for a highly supportive launchpad or a seasoned clinician seeking a refreshing, balanced environment, you belong here. You will not sit in an office staring at four walls. You will be an interactive team member providing vital therapy to clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring conditions. You will connect daily with our certified peer support specialists, clinical lead, RN, care coordinators, community providers, and clients. Sometimes, what seems like a small step to us is overwhelming for our clients. You will provide short-term interventions and solution-focused support to individuals who cannot engage in traditional, hour-long, weekly office-based sessions.
