About The Position

Terros Health is seeking a flexible, compassionate, and professional Clinician for its Kingman Health Center. This role involves working with individuals during vulnerable times, focusing on recovery, improved quality of life, and integration within community and family resources. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health Field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
  • Arizona License: Associate Licensure (LAC, LMSW) or Independent Licensure (LCSW, LPC).
  • Must pass a background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements, including no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
  • Must pass a DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
  • Ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience, and meet Terros Health’s driving policy requirements.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for one within 7 working days of assuming the role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.

  • Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders.
  • Experience with Domestic Violence Probationers.
  • Knowledge in the use of Electronic Health Records (NextGen is a plus).
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/ASL) is desired, with a pay differential available.

Responsibilities

  • Providing outpatient counseling services to clients, including adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups, using the Triple Aim framework.
  • Conducting intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Charting client progress and maintaining clinical records.
  • Ensuring the implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
  • Monitoring and following up on client needs.
  • Submitting monthly service reports as required.
  • Coordinating services with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
  • Providing client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
