About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in New York for a full-time, 100% telehealth role. They offer flexible scheduling with either a full-time salaried position or hourly fee-for-service options. Clinicians are hired as W-2 employees and receive guaranteed salary compensation for full-time roles, even with client cancellations. Requirements

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Access to high speed secured internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
