Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in nursing
• Currently licensed to practice by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing - RN required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a behavioral health hospital or outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment thoroughly and in a timely manner within facility guidelines. Assessment includes all required screenings and components.
• Understands follows and supports risk management and infection control policies and procedures.
• Intervenes appropriately in crisis situations.
• Provides age appropriate care to the various populations served.
