About The Position

The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an experienced Outpatient Cardiology NP/PA to join their expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established outpatient Cardiology program while contributing to the continued growth of healthcare services in the region. The role involves a diverse practice including clinic and hospital rounds, with a large internal referral center and the ability to build on an existing patient base. The facility is an Acute Care Hospital with a full complement of referring specialties in-house, including a cardiac surgeon, vascular surgeon, interventional cardiologists, and a non-invasive cardiologist. It features 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit, 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center, dedicated 5 observation beds, and an 8-bed ED with experienced staff. Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists are available, ensuring quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care. The facility is state-of-the-art with advanced diagnostics.

Requirements

3-4 years of previous experience in Cardiology
Current Montana State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License, required
BLS and ACLS certifications, required
Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
