Position Highlight: We are seeking a Coverage Nurse Case Manager to support and work alongside the Leukemia team members within our Blood & Marrow Transplant (BMT) and CAR T‑Cell Therapy program. The coverage role supports the team with day-to-day needs, but also during times of short-term or long-term leave. This role will require the ability to perform key responsibilities of the job listed below as well as exhibit flexibility in assisting with needs as they arise. Key Responsibilities: The Coverage Nurse Case Manager will: Assist with coordination of and management of individualized care plans for patients receiving blood transplants or CAR T‑cell therapy Collaborate closely with BMT Nurse Case Managers as well as a multidisciplinary team of physicians, pharmacists, and advanced‑practice providers Conduct daily patient triage, participate in clinic visits, and deliver comprehensive education to patients, caregivers, and families Assist with support to patients and their family throughout their treatment journey Ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow‑through across all phases of care Qualifications and Attributes : The ideal Coverage Nurse candidate demonstrates: Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high‑quality patient care A willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team‑based environment Job Description: Manage a system of patient care delivery for a designated group of patients to achieve high quality, cost effective outcomes across the continuum of health care.
