Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health / Social Worker
About The Position
Permanent, direct-hire role in an outpatient community mental health setting. The position guarantees 37.5 hours per week and offers day hours with flexible scheduling. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage. On-call work is not required. The therapist/social worker provides intake assessments, individual and group therapy, person-centered treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required; mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate. The employee must obtain QMHP designation within 120 days of hire.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active state license at submission: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; fieldwork or internship hours are accepted.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
