We are seeking a part-time Outpatient Admissions Representative to join our team of passionate patient caregivers! Requirements

• One (1) year experience in Business Office or Admissions Office in a medical setting preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting outpatient admissions coordinator to ensure admission requirements to the facility are met and facilitates daily processes as assigned.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
