About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our team as an Outlets Supervisor. This role supports the daily operation of all food & beverage outlets, supervising bartenders, servers, bussers, and banquet bartenders. The supervisor will train associates on service standards, guest engagement, food & beverage knowledge, sanitation, and proper service procedures. Responsibilities also include assisting with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates, maintaining open communication between management and staff, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary. The role ensures associates have the necessary tools and equipment, takes immediate action to resolve guest service and operational issues, and collaborates with the kitchen team when required. The supervisor will participate in various meetings and monthly inventory, ensuring food & beverage presentation, accuracy, and service quality meet brand standards, and will support front-of-house food & beverage operations across the hotel as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge in wine, beverages, and bartending practices.
  • Micros system experience preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Punctual/dependable work ethic, along with a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
  • Physically able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
  • Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities
