The Watermark Baton Rouge is looking for a full-time Outlet (Restaurant) Supervisor, who would report to the Director of Food & Beverage. The Restaurant (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the service in the Food and Beverage Outlets. He/she is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs. Service could be provided in any one of our two dining facilities – The Gregory, our upscale restaurant that offers a range of Southern cuisine, or Milford’s on Third, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home.
