About The Position

We are seeking a Furniture Outlet Sales Associate for our showroom and store in Archbold, OH. Join our team and help us create a delightful place to shop for our customers. This individual will serve customers in a friendly manner and offer detailed information and specifications about merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture, a keen eye for design, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Some flexibility with scheduling; must be available for a couple Saturdays each month. Guaranteed up to 20 hours. Benefits eligible!

Requirements

Store is open Tuesday-Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Tues-Fri hours are 9AM-6PM and Sat 9AM-3PM.
Must be available for a couple Saturdays each month.
High School Diploma
Previous retail experience preferred, especially in sales and customer service roles.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide detailed product information. Ensure a pleasant and engaging shopping experience.
Actively drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and personalized customer service. Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
Assist in stocking and tracking merchandise. Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Assist in cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain strong communication skills. Collaborate effectively with team members and report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
