About The Position

This role is responsible for processing inventory in an outlet store setting. The primary duties involve sorting donations, using equipment to process goods, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area. The position also supports customer service and store operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, a team player, and physically capable of performing the required tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo

• Sort donations into sellable, salvage, or recyclable categories
• Use equipment like gaylord tippers to process goods efficiently
• Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Support customer service, register, and store upkeep
