About The Position

RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience in home furnishings, curating beautifully crafted discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect items. They extend the life of RH designs and make great design more accessible. The Outlet Stock Associate supports this experience by accurately and efficiently receiving inventory, stocking and presenting merchandise, and maintaining a safe, organized, brand-reflective environment. The role involves hands-on work in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving products from delivery to placement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting while upholding brand and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories weighing more than 100 lbs. while using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays.
• Coordinate the movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills in daily operations.
