The VIP Lounge Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and for ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Requirements
- Must have excellent appearance and polished presentation.
- Must have exceptional guest service skills.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Must be team-oriented and must enjoy working with and assisting people.
Responsibilities
- Taking guest orders for food and drinks.
- Must adhere to beverage control procedures and state liquor laws.
- Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
- Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
