This role oversees kitchen operations, quality, and administration, ensuring resources meet business needs, managing food provision, and controlling costs to improve profit margins. The Outlet Chef will also manage staffing, conduct meetings, address performance issues, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and food safety regulations. They will also address maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues, align financial performance with resort objectives, adhere to food control systems, and review menus with the Executive Chef.
