About The Position

The Field Guide works directly with at-risk teenagers in a wilderness therapy program, helping create a safe, healthy, supervised environment and facilitating students’ healing through mentoring, teamwork, outdoor skills, and experiential activities. Guides work in small groups with one to four other guides, supporting either ThreePeaks basecamp groups or RedCliff expedition groups. ThreePeaks students live in yurts with access to showers and a bath house and participate in day hikes and activities such as mountain biking, slacklining, and snowshoeing.
