About The Position

The Outdoor Pool Deck Lead supervises daily operations of the outdoor pool, including the safety of all members, overall member experience, lifeguards, supervisors, bistro supervisor, outdoor member services, and pool deck attendants. This role ensures the outdoor pool experience complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • CPR for Adult, Child and Infant (obtain within 60 days)
  • First Aid (obtain within 60 days)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and easily
  • Self starter, reliable, responsible and dedicated
  • Ability to swim and maintain alertness at all times

Responsibilities

  • Engages with members to build positive relationships
  • Ensures Team Members are delivering quality member experience
  • Ensures the pool area remains clean and in like new condition
  • Organizes and oversees all outdoor pool events
