Wilson Farm is hiring a full-time, year-round Outdoor Plant Nursery/Yard Customer Service Associate to join our outdoor team! This hourly position starts at $18.00. Primary Responsibilities for an Outdoor Plant Nursery/Yard Customer Service Associate This is a physical job doing some of everything:

Requirements

Knowledge of plants and their care a must
Reliable/punctual with a strong work ethic and friendly, outgoing personality
Standing/bending/reaching for periods of time; rain or shine
Be able to lift/carry approximately 30+ lbs. – everything from plants and shrubs to seasonal plants, pumpkins in Fall, and Christmas trees and greens in Winter

Nice To Haves

Prior retail greenhouse/garden shop/landscaping experience is highly desirable
Your experience is appreciated if you previously worked for Mahoney’s, Russell’s Garden Center, New England Nursery, or other garden center
