Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Educational focus in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in management of multiple projects or the ability to contribute to tasks
  • Stay updated on industry trends and report back to the team
  • Must be local to Chicago
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in office (Chicago office located at 20 S Wacker Dr.)

Responsibilities

  • Attend campaign planning meetings and strategy sessions, providing fresh perspectives and assisting in creative brainstorming.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics across priority campaigns to help the team understand ROI and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from competitive analysis and initial launch to final optimization.
  • Process and oversee the flow of qualified leads to our Sales partners, ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.
  • Assist and help design A/B testing for campaign elements such as tag lines, creative, and CTAs.
  • Develop social media market analysis and content strategy across various channels.
