About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) months of Restaurant supervisory experience within hospitality.
  • Must have strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Ability to use POS technology effectively.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.

Nice To Haves

  • ServeSafe food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations along with Restaurant Manager, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Greet members and guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Address and resolve any member concern promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front of the house staff including servers, hosts, and bussers.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure storerooms are clean, organized and stocked.
